An independent GTM proposal for Obble

The interview ends.
The explanation begins.

A campaign for recruiting leaders whose team has to turn a good conversation into a client recommendation.

ILLUSTRATIVE CLIENT QUESTION

Why this candidate?

Obble demo imagery. This is a proposed buyer situation, not a customer story.
THE BUYER MOMENT

The person deciding
wasn’t in the interview.

A recruiter can have a useful call and still need to explain it to someone who wasn’t there. The notes say the candidate is strong. The client wants to know what that judgement rests on.

That is the situation to test with owners and recruiting leads at US professional-staffing agencies. We don’t know how often it happens for Obble’s buyers. It gives us a specific conversation to start.

THE PRODUCT CONNECTION

Prepare for the call. Follow up in the moment.
Go back to the evidence afterwards.

The campaign makes those parts of Obble useful to one task: explaining a candidate recommendation. It follows the human-led interview shown on the homepage.

02 / AFTER THE CLICK

The page answers
the same question.

The opening shows a real person in an interview, supported by Obble. The visitor can move between preparation, live support and the report.

Then the story gets specific: ask a useful follow-up while the candidate is still there; return to the answer when making the recommendation.

WHAT THIS WOULD TEST

Does the buyer recognise
the moment?

Start with a small, verified group of agency owners and recruiting leads. Look for relevant replies, product exploration and conversations that reach a demo or pilot. Agree the baseline and stop criteria with the team first.

A click is interest, not proof of demand. This demo has no email delivery, analytics or CRM connection. It makes the proposed motion concrete enough to review and test.

What we know. What still needs checking.

Public signal: the Growth Marketer role describes an awareness goal; the AE role covers the agency sales cycle. Neither establishes a broken channel.

Product scope: this version follows the human interviewer shown on the homepage. The pricing and terms also describe AI-led rounds. Their relationship to the homepage experience needs clarification from Obble. Those rounds, credit calculations and masked-shortlist claims are not the premise of this campaign.

Voice: plain questions, short explanations and concrete agency work. Reviewed the homepage, pricing, careers, Growth Marketer, AE, Solutions Consultant, Marketing Intern and terms before writing.

Limits: no promised savings, placements, hiring quality or conversion lift. No face, emotion or honesty analysis. Public demo media is not customer evidence; recreated interfaces and prompts are illustrative. The selected buyer situation still needs validation.
